Ubecart payment system for CECA (Confederación Española de Cajas de Ahorros) Banks in Spain. Normally those that use EURO 600 for cash machines.
Configuration
Enable the module & configure one or more banks through the payment settings, in "CECA Settings". This version should support most of the banks that use CECA platform. Please use the issue queue for reporting banks not compatible with this version.
