DineroMail Payment for Ubercart

This module implements an Ubercart payment method for the Latin American DineroMail payment gateway.

The module is fully functional and provides a configuration interface for every aspect of the DineroMail API inside the Ubercart payment method framework.

To configure, go to Ubercart's Payment Method configuration page and select DineroMail from the payment method's list, then scroll down and configure the server, account number and currency to be used.

Spanish translation and translation template included.

To-Dos:

integrate the Brazilian server and currency (I cannot access their site details page and therefore can't guess the server URL).
provide a (Brazilian?) Portuguese translation (I cannot speak and/or write Portuguese to save my own life, so this is looking like a very attractive area for you to chip in ;) ).
