With this module a trigger and an action are added for ubercart action/trigger system.
From then on you can go to the user profile and modify the value there. Alot of work is still required but functions for now!
DEPRECATED - Waiting for drupal 7 and the fields before we can add something like this. Also I'm waiting for drupal commerce development.
if you want you can take a look at the code that has been checked in (no release available because the dependency on core profile module is a bit too much just for this field) and try to figureout how you can do it with your own custom field :-)
