Description

Allow Ubercart administrators to generate US Postal Service shipping labels with the Stamps.com® service.

This module generates XML files containing the shipping information, which can be imported into the Stamps.com® software. The software prints the labels and produces a postback XML or CSV file, which this module can import to update Ubercart tracking numbers.

Packages and shipping options are very configurable. The module has enough intelligence to automatically select and export the correct package information to Stamps.com® most of the time. This is intended to reduce the amount of human work required to perform shipping functions.

  • Configuration of container dimensions, weight, capacity, and tare.
  • Pre-configuration of shipping class and service options
  • Configuration of customs information for products and product classes.
  • Automatic Rules-based selection of shipping classes, options, and containers.
  • Automatic calculation of package gross weight.
  • Batch export of package information to Stamps.com XML.
  • Batch import of tracking numbers and postage cost information in Stamps.com CSV or XML formats.
  • Sample labels and test mode.

Requirements

Installing this module requires Ubercart 7.x-3.4 or higher. Printing labels requires an account with Stamps.com®.
