Provides an improved API and UI to extending Drupal core's user picture functionality.
Features:
- Support multiple user picture providers: native file upload, Gravatar, Libravatar
- Allow users to select their user picture's provider
- Fetch and cache external provider pictures for use with image styles (ImageCache)
- Enable a Drupal site to become its own user picture service provider
