WhatCounts API

This module provides blocks and an admin management interface to integrate a Drupal site with the WhatCounts (http://whatcounts.com) Web API service. Functionality is quite minimal at the moment, providing only a pair of simple "smart" subscription blocks which disappear if the (logged-in) user is already subscribed to the list in question.

Planned features are:

* Admin can configure how many blocks to publish
* Users can unsubscribe from lists through the user edit screen
* Admin can select different lists for each block, and other options/fields to offer

NB: This module is under development, and is NOT yet ready for production. The basic functions work as described, but the code is still quite rough, and certain features are implemented in a client-specific way for the moment. These should shortly shape themselves into more generally-useful forms, especially if there is interest from the drupal.org community :)
