Bing Search

Provides a search tab which pulls results from the Bing web service. The search query can be limited to a set of sites, and various advanced search query strings can be used (or appended to all search queries).

The 1.x branch of this module supports the original Live Search API 1.x, while the 2.x branch supports the Bing API 2.x.

This module has many potential improvements, e.g. javascript UI, additional search options (e.g. location-based search), faceted search, flood control, caching, etc. Patches are welcome.

Known issues: Because the total number of results is apparently an estimate, it is sometimes possible, by clicking the "last page" link, to page beyond the available result set and receive an empty page.

Note: PHP 5 and the PHP 5 SOAP extension are required!
