wireframe

This is a very simple CSS only wireframe theme. Wireframes are very useful when you are developing a site for a client and you do not want styles to get in the way of communication. (Yes, that complex workflow/form is fine, but can you please make the logo a little smaller? We all know the pain...)
They are also very useful if you develop a module. A wireframe will then display your modules' output without obstruction from any custom theme functions or theme styles.

Seeking maintainer
I, the maintainer and developer of wireframe, want to spend more time on my attempt for The Ultimate Base Theme. Therefore I want to either hand over wireframe to someone who is interested, or else close it down entirely before the 5.x release.
