This module integrates the Workflow module with Purl (Persistent URLs). This currently only works with Spaces OG as the PURL provider but that use-case makes the most sense at this time. Here are some applications for this:
Create consistent naming conventions for Spaces in Atrium that are tied to anything that provides a token
Allow for simple, consistent modification of PURL for an organic group, providing an overall better user experience
Turn on the Token Starter module for some random style tokens so the user has an area that doesn't conflict in namespace without needing to understand purl
This is used in ELMS to create consistently named course versions. This allows the user to realize the current workflow state of the version of the course by just looking at the URL. It also helps provide a better experience for the end user as the naming convention helps with customerror message to push the user to the course home.
