This project is not covered by Drupal’s security advisory policy.

Important: this module will not be developed further as nobody uses it anyway. For similar (and more advanced) functionality in D7, see Comment Trust.

This module maintains a whitelist for unregistered comment authors (in form of name/email combinations) allowed to bypass comment approval queue.

In 'automatic mode' (default), once a comment from an unregistered user is approved by an administrator, the combination of name/e-mail is added to the whitelist, and further comments from it are published automatically. If a comment is deleted, its author is removed from the whitelist.

Administrators can also manually add, edit or delete whitelist entries. Automatic operation can be disabled, allowing the module to function in 'manual mode'.

Historical note: this module grew out of this forum thread.
