jsloan's sandbox: ecardplus

Using the ecard module as a base for this module I add a few custom functions that will be used for an Intranet application and take a shot at adding a cron hook and some other proposed features.

List of changes:

• Pick up notification working
• Change "sent", "notify_sender", "pick_up" to time stamps
• option to use Cron hook for sending emails
• enable settings for the ecard form: require name, fill in for logged in users, require message

List of custom features:

• Send a copy to designated recipient (Manager)
• Autocomplete fields using a web service (attaching to Exchange or GroupWise)
