Drupal 4.5.x or older

Hi I'm new to drupal and trying to move the drupal site (version 4.6) from old server to new server. I downloaded the drupal package from official website (version 9.x) when i move the project folder and mysql dump files for database to new server, I can see the static template working, and in the url i can see https://example.com/?q=node/41 and other node values executed with status code 200. But the page is not displaying any data from the database. I can see only the css and frontend codes working without any data.

at the moment, I need someone to do what I'm pretty sure is a small fix to the back end of my site:

1. there seems to be a code error in my theme, which is keeping the site from being able to be online

2. I need my PHP upgraded.

I suspect this would take no more than an hour.

In the long run, though, I would love to develop an ongoing working relationship with someone for troubleshooting, consultation, and site development.

Trying to set up Drupal 9.3.4 in AWS EC2 instance (Linux 2)
Have installed the prerequisites PHP 8.0, MariaDB10.5 and Composer 2.6.6.
After installing the Drupal using the command "composer create-project drupal/recommended-project:9.3.4 drupal" and configuring the root directory in httpd.conf file we should be getting the Drupal installer screen to complete the site installation, but instead we are getting this below image

I want to change the hosting of my website [spam link to non-Drupal website redacted]. Current hosting going to be expired this month. I want to upgrade the hosting with drupal. Can it be possible for change the hosting with drupal?

Hello, i have a customer website built with Drupal since a very long time, i transferred the website into new hosting Page not found on every page except home page after moving to new hosting.

i dont even know the version of the script 

how can i solve this please.
