* I am on the leadership team for Drupal Diversity & Inclusion, and am the founder & initiative lead for the Drupal Diversity & Inclusion Contrib Team. Contrib Team focuses on increasing contributions to the Drupal project from under-represented individuals, using year-round mentorship, new recruiting methods, and advocacy for better OSS contribution practices.
