gisleHi, and a warm welcome to the Drupal community!
I see that you have already assigned yourself to an issue. This may be good or bad, depending on how you follow up on that assignment.
I am postponing for now. Please respond back here with your plan and expected timeframe for fixing the issue you've signed up for. If you deliver on that assignment, I shall grant you the role immediately. Otherwise, you need to go through our ordinary vetting process. Please see the page Become a 'confirmed' user for information on the role and how it is granted.
Please also read this page: Issue Queue Etiquette.

gisleHi, dhanlal,
you're of course welcome to another review. Here it is:
I've reviewed your posting history and have noticed that you're already working on this issue #2870649-32: REST should respond with a 409 for a POST request to an existing entity. You will get the role as soon as you deliver a patch and get it to RTBC.
In the meantime, I would like to get feedback from you about what you intend to do to resolve this issue, and when a progress report can be expected. If you've read up on Issue Queue Etiquette, you would know that signing yourself to issues block others from working on them, so you need to be very careful when doing this.
You've also assigned yourself to this issue, which makes no sens. Please do not assign tasks to yourself unless you are in a position to do them. As you cannot assign the 'Confirmed' user role to yourself, I've unassigned you and signed up for it to monitor your progress on the issue you've signed up for it.
