• IRC conflict update: going to connect reporter with a Drupal community member in their native language, who can hopefully help mentor. Also going to reach out to contributors who were engaged in bullying behaviour.
• Report about unsavory business practices by Drupal shop: reporter directed to reach out to company directly with complaint as a first step.
• Re-touching base on older report between two high-profile contributors. Report had been sidelined before, due to focus on higher-level plan. Need to develop and report an "action plan" on how to proceed.
