Problem/Motivation

Previous sandbox/.lando.yml was not compatible with Drupal 10 and drupal/context module and hence it was removed from module

  • Add updated sandbox/.lando.yml which will work on latest version of the Drupal 10 and module dependencies.
  • Include tools: PHPStan, PHPCS and PHPUnit
