Problem/Motivation

We now have a Drupal announcements feed in both Drupal 10 and Drupal 7, enabled by default for users on the latest versions. This is a great opportunity to reach out to our end-user community about DrupalCon - hopefully extending our reach to end users that aren't already aware of the event and the community.
