Hello there! Created a brand new branch to work on it named '3316610-replace-the-readme.txt-to-md' .Have done some changes in README.md file too, to adjust it to Markdown best practices. So, please, kindly review it! The new branch targets the '4.2.x' branch as it is the issue's version required. Thank you!!

It still needs some work. There are some minor changes to do with Markdown best practices. I'll work on this! Thanks for adding the maintainers, @dineshreddymathuku!!
