Google Chrome has an odd display bug that affects admin_menu. To duplicate:

  • Clean install of Drupal-7 with Minimal profile.
  • Enable the admin_menu module
  • Using a recent snapshot of Chrome, go to any page that has a drop-down select item in its form.
  • Click on the dropdown. Notice that the Drupal favicon dropdown (left-most item in the Admin menu) simultaneously drops down.

Really weird. If I get a chance I'll try to narrow down which version(s) of the browser exhibit this bug. But for reference, I'm using the daily Chrome snapshot from http://ppa.launchpad.net/chromium-daily/ppa/ubuntu

Looks like this is a duplicate of #744124: Chrome/*nix: drupal7 admin menu not working properly. (Yeah, I've seen this bug on 6.x-1.6, as well, on Ubuntu with Chrome.)
