Queries in VersioncontrolAuthHandlerMappedAccounts::save not actually executed

The following code exists in the account auth plugin:

    db_delete('versioncontrol_auth_account')
      ->condition('repo_id', $this->repository->repo_id);
    db_delete('versioncontrol_auth_account_label')
      ->condition('repo_id', $this->repository->repo_id);

These queries are not executed causing exceptions to be raised when attempting to insert into the table.
