With chx help on IRC I understood I had to copy includes/utility.inc to D6 for the script to run.

Attached patch adds this doc. Also I've changed the include path, as it didn't seem to work for me as is.

Furthermore, running php dump-database-d6.sh did not work for me. Only drush php-script dump-database-d6.sh did the work.

Anyway, needs review..
