There is a limit of index name in PostgreSQL. Current table name is in format simpletestXXXXXXsimpletestYYYYYY which is too long (when include column name and "_idx" suffix.).

So when indexname is too long. It will trim index name and cause index name duplication.

http://cs.pervasive.com/forums/t/13173.aspx is not really a valid documentation but at least there is the same problem reported.

Thanks for reporting this (and for caring about PostgreSQL test results), but this is a duplicate of #998898: Make sure that the identifiers are not more the 63 characters on PostgreSQL.
