The match type on the admin/config/media/types/manage/%type page always sets the radio back to "Other" even when other options have been selected. I'm not sure why this it happening but it appears that using "0" as a value for the "other" option causes it to always be checked. Changing this to "other" appear to fix the issue.

This patch changes the radio button value of "Other" to "other" and updates the javascript that goes along with it.

d'oh! This is terrible. That screen was kinda hacked together IIRC. I'm presonally in favor of removing it and/or simplifying, but as long as it's there it might as well not be stupid :)
