How to configure Custom Menu?

I have a page created in views that has excluded exposed filters that are linked to user Profile fields - Favorite Cars - using Profile Taxonomy, but I want the terms listed in a taxonomy menu block. How can when a user clicks on each vocabulary in the menu block be directed to filter the current page's results with the custom: ?uid=&favoritecars=[taxonomy]

I have 3 pages I would like this to work with:
site.com/news
site.com/tutorials
site.com/articles
