eliza411 commentedI've been working on Behat tests for Media module functionality for a client. Additionally, we're thinking about using Media as the module-of-the-month in the Behat group.
There's certainly no obligation for the module maintainers to include them or maintain them, but I thought it would be courteous to let you know it's happening and to see if you're interested in participating.
