MediaReadOnlyStreamWrapper should support rb mode (read binary)

if you try to call stream_open() method on MediaReadOnlyStreamWrapper with mode rb (read binary), the call fails, because there is some logic to only allow mode r.

Note, rb mode is recommended by PHP documentation -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.fopen.php -- so it should definitely be supported :)
