Pull up an overlay admin page from the toolbar
Close the overlay
Resize the browser and the toolbar does not resize
(At this point, if an overlay is activated, the toolbar jumps to the correct width)

The div #toolbar is getting assigned a max-width via javascript somehow. My grep-fu failed for the time being, so perhaps it is in a minified file.

It was in overlay-parent.js. The overlay close event was not calling the jQuery.css method properly. We should use empty strings, not null. Here's a patch. See http://api.jquery.com/css/ for reference.
