Rewrite mailhandler_admin_delete_confir() to use new CRUD functions.

Now that the mailboxes CRUD operations are in the mailhandler.module, all module functions must make use of them.

This patch handles the deleting operation, including menu entry as well.

This is a subtask of: #1041940: Decouple mailbox direct database access from other files than .module.
