I am getting this error in my Drupal installation using webmatrix. I followed someones comment and changed the Named Piped setting in SQL configuration manager but I am still getting the same error when I try to connect to my Drupal site which is located on localhost. Any other ideas. I appreciate it. The full error is as follows:

p.s. the only thing I have done is add a table to my drupal database called table_1 with one column called users. I was thinking this would help but no. I am still getting the error.

Drupal tried to access the table "semaphore". Did you check whether a) your drupal installation can connect to the database and b) the database you specified is actually populated with the standard drupal tables, i.e. does the table "semaphore" exist in your database?
