Unable to enable media because of a file_styles dependency. file_styles is not a module, it is not included in fields, it is found in a "styles" module. Now how was I supposed to know that? Perhaps you should also make "styles" a dependency.

you shouldn't need a branch for this.

Do this:
git reset --hard (this is a revert, so you will lose any local changes)
git co 7.x-1.x (will auto track for you)
make the change
git ci -a -m "Issue #123: Added styles as an explicit dependency"
git push

This should push directly to the 7.x-1.x branch. If you want me to do it, I can do it also.

#3 made sense up until #1086958: Switch from Media Entity to File Entity, but with that issue committed, it's no longer a dependency.
