Add vid to node.get method [#1063360]

Hello,

I needed to get nodes with specific revision IDs. So, I have added an optional vid parameter to node.get method. I have attached the patch.

Services 2.x is feature frozen, and this is entirely possible in Services 3.x with INDEX and passing the param vid
