These would be the goals:

  • Test access to administrate tax rates and tax types
  • Test tax rate create, edit, delete and config
  • Test tax type create, edit, delete and config
  • Test delete of a tax type that has tax rates in it
  • Test applying a sales tax
  • Test applying a VAT tax, and a inclusive one per product
  • Test a no matching condition for a tax rate
  • Test the checkout review taxes info
  • Test the order view taxes info

Here are the tax functional tests, also there are some tweaks in commerce base, the .test for ui should be in the info of the ui modules and the price ui tests have now a better naming.
