When editing the permissions for one role, I find it cumbersome that the description is way on the left side of the page, and (thanks to the new permission descriptions feature of D7) the permission checkbox is on the right side of the page.
The attached patch makes it a little easier (in my opinion) to use this page when editing one role. It moves the role to the left side of the table, right next to the permission descriptions.
