hello and thanks

running drupal 4.75, new install
with latest cvs version of subscription module for 4.7

subscriptions module seems to work perfectly, across all functions-
except

subscribe to post link is only displayed on forum posts-
not other node types- page, story, blog

also do not have ability to subscribe to blogs
or categories

the links are missing, not displayed?

un-installed and tried again with other versions of module for 4.7-
incl release 4.7. - 1x

still does not work for anything except forum posts

have module settings set properly-
am not omitting anything except polls

please advise...?

ok after some troubleshooting i figured this out-

for any given content type- that you wish the subscribe links to appear-
read & write comments must be enabled.

this also fixes the missing subscribe link for blogs-
which was not missing once i enabled read & write comments for blog posts
content types

maybe add a line in the readme to mention subscribe to links only appear on content types that have read/write comments enabled?

Thanks for noting this. I added a line in the readme per your suggestion for both the 4.7 and 5.0 versions
