uc_store_format_price_field_value() does not respect decimal marker [#1091000]

Ubercart's issue queue is pretty huge, I searched but couldn't find a filed bug report about the issue, so here it is:
The uc_store_format_price_field_value() which tends to display prices on form fields does not respect the decimal marker configured at admin/store/settings/store/edit/format. Also with zero valued decimal precision, it returns the price ending with an orphan period. Coming is a patch to address this issue.

If you change the decimal marker, do prices then get parsed properly when submitting the product edit form?

#355492: Add decimal separator option to weight/length formats is related, but for different fields.

Yes, after form submission everything goes well, and the price get displayed properly on the product page, but if you edit the product again, prices are not well formatted as described in issue body. Thanks for referring issues, am reading..
