Theme an idividual item on the chceckout review page.

Hi,

I had to add an image for each product in the cart on the checkout review page. (On the cart-page itself, this can be achieved with the hook_tapir-table()).
I could not find a nicer way to make an item themeable, so I created a patch that does just that. It sends the row of data to a theming function that can now be overwritten in your custom theme so you can do what you want with the item.

The new theming function is "theme_cart_review_item($item, $tproduct)".

Please include this in future versions of Ubercart.
