One immediate difficulty is CASClient::getServerLoginURL() which is overzealous in setting $this->_server['login_url']. I've attached a version which works around those limitations, and filed an issue at https://issues.jasig.org/browse/PHPCAS-105

Need to update to CAS 1.2.0 or later of working CAS attributes in testing, so I've ported the patched version of phpCAS to version 1.2.1.

(This shouldn't be necessary once CAS 1.2.1 is released).
