To reproduce:
Enabled the media_youtube module
Created a new content type,
added a field of type Multimedia asset
Allowed URI schemes : youtube:// (YouTube videos)
when i updload a youtube video it uploads without problems.
When i click Preview to preview the page i get the above error.

I'm unable to reproduce the originally reported bug, on either beta3, beta4, or dev. Does it happen on a fresh install of a D7 site with Media beta3 or beta4? If so, can you submit a video screencast of what you do starting from a fresh install?
