if on "admin/plugin_manager" you got

* Notice: Undefined index: plugin_manager_find in drupal_retrieve_form() (line 736 of includes/form.inc).
    * Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'plugin_manager_find' was given in drupal_retrieve_form() (line 771 of includes/form.inc).

error message, then the quick and dirty solution is to add :

module_load_include('inc', 'plugin_manager', 'plugin_manager.admin');

on top of the plugin_manager.module file just under the <?php tag..

the correct way to fix this is by specifying the file path in hook_menu and a patch file :)

I just (5-28-2011) installed a fresh D7, and then Plugin Manager module (7.x-1.x-dev) and received this warning and subsequent failure of Plugin Manager to operate.
This issue is certainly not fixed yet.

I second that. I just did the same as gridmark and received this error too. Also increased priority to Critical for the simple reason that it does not function at all as long as this error persists.

Just needs the file parameter in the hook_menu().
See attached patch for plugin_manager.module.

This only fixes the invalid form callbacks.

I applied this patch, cleared the cache, then applied this patch:
http://drupal.org/node/1185622
And my issue was resolved.

Its been over a month since the broken dev was posted and found to be faulty. I have spent the last 3 hours trying to get this file working/patched and i am no closer now then i was hours ago. How many others have wasted time trying to get this working when the author could have simply fixed it himself?
