The issue Change 'Remove' checkbox on cart page to a button was committed to both the Ubercart D6 and D7 branch. However in the D7 commit doesn't have the hidden form item cart_item_id while the D6 commit does.

This is appears to be a simple case of the wrong patch being committed to D7.
