Title double escaping

Hi I have noticed that the function taxonomy_term_title(), used as title callback, actually performs a check_plain() on its own, determining a double escaping issue that can be seen, for instance, when creating a taxonomy which title contains an ampersand character.
Removing the check_plain() shouldn't hurt because drupal_get_title already does the job on its own, therefore output should be safe.
