I have the related links block assigned to a region.
Logged in I can see all the links displaying correctly according to the page they are added to.
But, logged out it shows incorrect links on pages and also the block appears on pages that links were not assigned to, how can this be happening ?

change for anonymous user, very strange.
Clearing Cache also changes the links for anonymous user.

Clearing the cache sorted out the problem, but I then realised that the related articles block was the same on every page. I sorted this by switching off block caching, it seems that the related links block is not compatible with block caching.
