When a default delete action has been set in the settings, a user cannot be deleted by admin using other delete actions.

This patch allows user with administer users permission to choose all delete actions.

Awesome!!!
This applies to dev or to the stable release?
Thank you!

This patch is against dev, but also apply cleanly for the stable 6.x-1.4.

I manually applied to patch, copypasta style. Works great!

There is a glitch in the description on the confirmation/choice page, only the default option is present and is not updated as the user changes another option.

You mean the message 'All submissions made by this user will be attributed to the anonymous account. This action cannot be undone'?

That line is added by core User module. User Delete module doesn't remove it, so it still remains there. If you want to remove it here is the new patch. Just add unset($form['description']);

I tried this and works for me, but I am not expert in Drupal style and didn't dig too far into the code.

Would be great to have this in the module.
