The UI for URL aliases ('admin/config/search/path') gives a list that contains for each alias: the alias, the corresponding system path, the language, and then operations. The alias is in fact a link to the aliased URL (added in issue #288039: URL alias admin page should include a link to the aliased URL). However, the aliased URL fails to take into account the language of the alias.

Steps to reproduce:
0. Install two languages, say Dutch and English. Set English as default, and use path prefix as language negotiation.
1. Create a new article, say with system URL 'node/1'
2. Create a path alias in English to 'node/1' with alias 'foo'
3. Create a path alias in Dutch to 'node/1' with alias 'bar'
4. Look in the URL alias UI ('admin/config/search/path') at the link for the Dutch alias.

Expected behavior: The link should be to 'nl/bar'.

Actual behavior: The link is to 'en/foo' (or 'foo' if you did not set the prefix for English).

The same behavior actually holds for the link to the system path itself.

The relevant code is in the function 'path_admin_overview' in 'path.admin.inc'. I've attached a proposed patch.
