Simple patch. Just changes the query functionality in the Views integration for the uc_cart user handler to what Drupal 7 is expecting.

There are other legacy calls to db_result() that should be fixed at the same time, while you're at it:

uc_google_checkout.pages.inc
uc_order_handler_field_order_cost.inc
