Drupal 7.x Port for Ubercart Moneris gateway

The module is "seeking new maintainer" and "maintenance fixes only."

If you want to take over the 7.x branch I'd be happy to grant you access.

Since it looks like this module is getting maintenance fixes only, are there any suggestions for a site wanting to move to Drupal 7/Ubercart 3 - but wanting to use Moneris?

I think the only suggestions are:
1. If you are a developer, build it (I'll gladly transfer maintainership)
2. Hire someone to develop it (I'm not available for that)

@Greggles - thanks. I'm not a developer, so can't offer to take over, and hiring a developer is possibility, but this kind of a module really seems to need a full-time maintainer. Hopefully we can track one down. Meanwhile, thank you for all your hard work in the past!

Wondering if you could give me a high level list of tasks required to do this D7 port. I am a highly experienced developer and could build it and also might consider hiring somebody to get it done. First I want to throw an estimate of the effort required. I have built Drupal 6 modules and have a ton of ecommerce experience so...

I'm also in this boat. A client is considering this option for their site, and I am considering making the port at an expense. Timeline is 1-2 months from now. I too have experience with modules and development. Would definitely consider collaborating with others... ( @dmayerlen ;) )

Any word on this. I'm just on the final leg of a drupal 7 / UC 3 project and I got here. I don't know the first thing about developing. I hope I don't have to start over again :O

We have ported the uc_moneris module to D7. Please find attached the D7 version of the module. Please review.

The attached folder contains the patch to convert the 6.x-1.0-alpha1 version of the module to D7. There is also a separate folder with the D7 version of the module.

If you run into any bugs or issues please post it as a separate issue and post a link to the new issue under this issue so that we will get the notification for the same and take care of the fix.

Negative - abandoned path due to project timeline constraints. Will definitely use in future projects though.

I just tested the D7 version available in comment #9 as is and I can confirm it is working properly!

I tested only the "Purchase" transaction type in Production mode using normal customer checkout and credit card terminal in Ubercart.

I did not use any option like :

• CVV/CVD Required
• Use Address Verification (AVS)
• Enable VBV (Verified by VISA)
• Enable VBV Strict Mode (Not-recommended)

So, your mileage may vary if you need these...
