I recently had the need to configure a function that allows access by role for each field in a webform. Looking across this module to Drupal 6 yogev004 shared, which I found great. I took some code and I made some variations to Drupal 7.

quicksketchWe already added the "Private" checkbox in the latest release of Webform (3.13), so you can make it so that certain users have access to view a field if they have access to the "Results" tab. We won't be including any more extensive field access control than this, but your project could be put into a separate contributed project or at least into a Git sandbox.
