Hi All,

I successfully installed the e-commerce module.

I want to create a product that is a file download.

So, I created a new product using the create content and at the bottom selected "file download" and clicked "Continue to product details.

In the file path I put the name of the file. I am pointing to the "right" place becuase when I click on "list of files" it identifies the file that I want.

When I click "Create product" I "file does not exist"

please help.

Check your permissions on the directory, could be that PHP doesn't not have proper permissions.

The easiest (but risky) way of doing this is to change the permissions to 777, then make them more restrictive till you find the minimum permissions that will allow funtionality.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have set the directories to 777 already. and nada.

Strange. I thought it would work too!
