I really need to insert a link into a caption using views.

I already applied the patch here: #1290208: Custom captions using placeholder tokens
But it doesn't accept HTML.

I also tried to use the Trigger field, but I need dynamic image size...

How can I do this? I don't mind preprocessing or creating custom field templates.

spunwasi, you can try to leave the width and height fields blank on the trigger field. It will adapt.

It worked for me.
