variable_store_load naming conflict with hook_TYPE_load

When creating an entity "store" with hook_entity_info() and loading this entity later using entity_load('store', ...), hook_TYPE_load (in this case hook_store_load) is being called. This will result in a name conflict with variable_store_load, which is being called in this case, althought it shouldnt.
I suggest renaming this function and its only call (variable_store.module in lines 18 and 67).
